Authenticated Bearer ingestion with fail-closed configuration, bounded payload size and no telemetry echo in the response.
OpenTelemetry in. Causal audit through ICI.
ICI Sentinel accepts authenticated OTLP/HTTP JSON traces through a deployed production endpoint. OpenTelemetry remains the vendor-neutral observation layer; ICI maps explicit evidence and verified causal relationships into the existing Sentinel causal-audit core.
POST /v1/tracesRaw OpenTelemetry parentage is retained as observed topology. It becomes ICI causal provenance only when the child explicitly carries ici.causal.parent=true.
Instrumented traces are normalized into the existing Sentinel event contract and audited by the existing causal core rather than a telemetry-specific duplicate algorithm.
Reference OpenTelemetry Collector paths are implemented. They are integration configurations, not claims that a live customer Datadog or Prometheus account has been independently validated.

Dedicated telemetry tests cover normalization, authenticated HTTP ingestion, causal-audit mapping, explicit causal-parent semantics and Collector configuration contracts.
The production build publishes the otel-traces/v1/traces and the non-secret readiness endpoint /api/telemetry/health.
These public reference configurations contain environment-variable placeholders only. No ingest token or vendor API key is embedded.

Production deployment and internal deterministic verification demonstrate implementation readiness. They are not independent third-party validation, certification or proof of universal robustness against unseen attacks.
